Slow People

Why can't people just go? If it is raining people drive slow, If it is not raining people drive slow, If it is cloudy people drive slow, If it is sunny people drive slow, If it is snowing people wont move, If it is night time people drive slow, If the speed limit was 100 mph people would drive slow. If you're so scared of driving then take the bus. Or at the very least stay in the right lane. As the Law states Keep to the right except to pass, and I know not everyone is passing. No I'm not talking about gas. So keep to the right and let others get to where they need to go.
